Join us for an exciting opportunity to connect with your local community at our Connections Community Services Meet and Greet event! Happening on Fri Jan 26 2024 at 3pm.
Connections Community Services' Family Program focuses on culture, wellness, and family tegetherness through cutlurally relevant programming. They offer cultural workshops, beading cerciles, weaving, knitting, and drumming, as well as act as an afterschool drop-in primarily serving indigenous youth and families. This is a great opportunity to meet the program coordinator and have another community resource in your area.
Musqueam Elder Howard is an experienced, professional crafter who will guide us in our activity for the evening. We will also have a meal. Please let the event coordinator know if you have other dietary needs.
